Building Homes, Building Lives, Changing Communities by Giving a Hand-UP, Not a Hand-Out
The Fuller Center of Webster, Inc. is a grassroots, affordable housing movement. Community leadership teams called covenant partners raise funds and make decisions about family selection, family nurturing, volunteer management and construction. Our purpose is not to give away houses, but partner with applicants to assist them in building homes and building better lives for themselves and their families through sweat equity and a no interest 20 year mortgage, helping to break a cycle of poverty passed on from generation to generation. In addition the reduction of substandard housing, neighborhood blight and crime in the community creates a winning combination for all.
